- Limited time: provide online consulting services or hotline phone in all time frames from.7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; Design consulting services for direct exchange,.product delivery at the head office or offices or online delivery during office hours.from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the morning and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., from Monday to Friday 7 in the week, Sunday off;. Construction activities and construction supervision operate during office hours.from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the morning and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., from Monday to Saturday of the week, Sunday off.

b) Return policy:
- Refund period: The refund process takes place during the signing process specified in the contract.
- Method of return or exchange of purchased goods: In case of changes during the design or construction of the work, the finished product volume shall be checked and accepted and paid according to the unit price agreed in the contract.
- Ways to get money back: Money is returned to the customer after the two parties sign the minutes of volume acceptance and contract settlement; Costs incurred and damages are paid by the breaching party and deducted from the refund amount.

c) Product warranty policy:
Designed products are warranted in accordance with the provisions of the Construction.Law of Vietnam; Construction products are warranted for 24 months for the.rough construction and finishing works in accordance with the provisions.of the Construction Law of Vietnam.
d) Standards:
- Service standards: the service provided must meet the requirements of the current.Vietnam Design and Construction Standards
- Service provision process: Step 1: Buyer and seller discuss with each other, Step 2:Seller conducts estimation of product quotation for buyer, Step 3: Buyer and seller discuss and sign purchase and sale contract, Step 4: The seller manufactures the product under the supervision and acceptance of the buyer, Step 5: The seller completes the product and hands over the finished product to the buyer , Step 6: The seller conducts product warranty and maintenance according to the terms signed in the contract.
- Fee schedule: the service fee is calculated according to the estimated value of the supplied product as agreed between the buyer and the seller signed in the contract according to the estimated price list prescribed by the State.

e) Obligations of the seller and the customer in each transaction:
- The seller and the buyer trade products through the conclusion of an economic contract: Seller’s obligations: Drafting contracts, providing full product information, specifications and product quality in the contract;
- Clearly explain the terms of the contract to the buyer; Comply with the terms of the contract. Obligations of the buyer: Provide complete information and product requirements for the seller to draft the contract; Read the contract carefully, ask the seller to clearly explain the terms in the contract; Acceptance of products under the contract; Comply with the terms of the contract.
